Dear Valued Condominium Owners,

The Board of Directors would like to ask you to please take a look at your entrance door. If you see that the bottom or any other area is rotting, or needs waterproofing and/or painting, please do not postpone and have it repaired. Waiting only increases future repair costs and it also makes your property and the community looks less attractive. By not repairing it, you can also invite water into your walls that will create dangerous mold growth (Some owners had mold growth already). Again, please inspect your entrance door and windows, for perhaps some needed maintenance work.
